New Name! Ideal round smooth 8 ply 100% superwash merino in a wonderful sport weight. This is a dense springy strong and long wearing yarn. It has an alomst cottony soft feel and gives amazing stitch definition. Lovely for socks plus everthing else you want to knit!
Current stock is supplied in 65 gram/214 yd skeins. Two 65 gram skeins are needed for a pair of socks. New stock will be in 120 gram/395 yd skeins. One 120 gram skein is enough for most pairs of socks.
Also wonderful for baby items, light sweaters, shawls, and scarves. Perfect for showing off fancy stitches.
Recommended needle size US 3-5, 23-26 sts to 4" in st st.
